COMMERCIAL LAW

· Legal status of the entrepreneur or merchant. Including the general regime of the company, the commercial establishment and its businesses, the advertising regimes (Mercantile Registry and others), the accounting regime and its development regulations, the responsibility of the entrepreneur, representation in the exercise of trade, etc. .


· Competition Law: Free Competition and Unfair Competition. It regulates the rules for the exercise of trade, the monopoly regime, the pertinent sanctions, as well as the illicit crimes committed in the market.


· Industrial Property Law, made up of the Law of trademarks, patents and utility models, industrial designs, etc.


· Company or Corporate Law, in charge of establishing the different legal regimes of all companies characterized as commercial, their foundation, dissolution, internal operation, their structural modifications (mergers, divisions ...), etc.


· Titles of credit and securities: Commercial papers (bill of exchange, check, promissory note), drafts, vouchers, shares, letters of credit, bill of lading, book entries, etc.


· Commercial obligations and contracts. Sector of the order in charge of characterizing the abundant and different contractual figures of commercial traffic, such as commercial sale, agency contract, commercial commission, online business, advertising contracts, etc.


· Banking, Insurance and Financial Market Law, as a specialized subdivision of the above, in charge of the configuration of all types of banking contracts such as checking accounts, loans, deposits, the rental of safes, documentary credit , wealth management, financial leasing, confirming, as well as the legal regime of the stock market, its organization, its operations and negotiable instruments, and the insurance framework.


· Bankruptcy Law. In charge of the insolvency situations of the subjects of commercial traffic, previously known as the bankruptcy and suspension of payments regime, in order to clean up the insolvency situation of a subject, mainly a commercial company, so that its creditors can be compensated, being able to end well in agreement, well in liquidation of the company.


· Navigation Law, both maritime and air, as well as land transportation. It is the sector of the order that configures the regime of the businessman of navigation and air, the regime of the ship and aircraft, rescue duties, breakdowns, land transport by any means.

· International Commercial Law or International Business Law, which systematizes the rules of Private International Law applicable to cases of international judicial competence, recognition and effectiveness of international decisions and problems of applicable law in situations of confrontation between legal systems before an internationalized commercial legal business .
